# Chức năng Admin Hours

**Bước 1:** Nhấn chuột vào module **Admin Hours,** sau đó chọn ngày cần xếp cho giáo viên và nhập thông tin giáo viên cần xếp, thời gian, task,... tiếp theo nhấn chọn **Add.**

**Ghi chú**:

1. Giáo viên cần xếp buổi phụ đạo, phụ trách kiểm tra đầu vào.
2. Task giáo viên.
3. Thời gian giáo viên tham gia.
4. Mô tả thêm thông tin (nếu có).

**Bước 2:** Sau khi chọn Add thành công, màn hình **Added entries** hiển thị thông tin giáo viên đã được xếp thời gian phụ đạo bên dưới. Cuối cùng nhấn **Save** để lưu lại.

**Bước 3:** Sau khi lưu thành công, ngày xếp lịch cho giáo viên trên lịch sẽ được tô màu vàng.

**Ghi chú**:

1. Ô được tô vàng là ngày có lịch kiểm tra đầu vào, học thử, phụ đạo hoặc sự kiện nào đó có giáo viên phụ trách.
2. Ô được tô màu xanh lá là ngày hiện tại.
3. Tính năng ***Sync PT/Demo*** sẽ đồng bộ các buổi PT/Demo tương ứng từ module **Schedules** với điều kiện là có thêm giáo viên cho buổi PT/Demo đó lên module **Admin Hours**.
